Our history
Welcome to Nipper's Cafe, a family-owned and operated restaurant in Manchester, Vermont. Adam and Karen, the owners, grew up in Manchester and attended the local high school, Burr & Burton Academy. They reconnected after many years and moved back to Vermont, where they bought their first restaurant.
Nipper's Cafe is a casual, family-friendly restaurant that serves breakfast and lunch. The menu features a variety of classic American dishes, as well as some more unique options. The owners take pride in using fresh, local ingredients, and they make many of their dishes from scratch.
